As a local lender, born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC, I'm very familiar with the all the surrounding properties and developments in the area. I offer traditional financing with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, but also specialize in brokered financing, such as Bank Statement Loans, DSCR loans for investors, etc. Because Myrtle Beach is a vacation destination and rental property hotspot, many of the condos we have are unique to the area and most do not qualify for conventional mortgages, such as condotels and non-warrantable condos.
