Hi there, I am Joey Fenwick and for over 25 years I have devoted my passion and knowledge into creating a safe, trustworthy and excellent environment for people to achieve their dream of homeownership and better financial solutions for their challenges. I believe is serving my agents and clients with world class service and promote future return business and referrals from all of my customers. My knowledge in the business starts as a young child as my mom was a Realtor and I also have held a license for 14 years to continue to educate myself on how to support my agents in the most beneficial ways. Because my knowledge runs deep in the thousands of loans I have done over the years, my agents and clients have grown to know if you want it done quickly, correctly and with the best service you come to me. Under promise and over deliver is the goal! I continue my 98.7% funding ratio. :)
