Joe is one of the nicest, hardest-working people I've ever met. He and his team helped my wife through a very difficult estate transaction, and through it all he could not have been more thorough, transparent, and reassuring. Joe is fantastic and very detail-oriented. I first worked with Joe in early 2018 for my home purchase. He was always in communication with me and available for questions. Joe kept my home purchase on track while navigating bank-owned processes. He offered solutions during particularly bleek times. I refinanced my home with Joe in December to build in some renovation costs. He worked with my contractor to ensure paperwork was done efficiently and correctly. Joe is definitely someone you want by your side for the home buying and refinancing process! He is truly a customer advocate.

I found Joe through a business site. Was only getting prequalified at the time. No home chosen. But once I found a home he was able to get the loan approved quickly.

I would just like say thank you first of all to Joe Rychalsky. Joe went above and beyond for us to make sure we got approved for our loan, he kept us updated on everything that was happening, he explained everything in detail and he also made himself available on a Sunday afternoon to meet us in person to go over the necessary documents thst were needed. Our case was a very unusual case but he found away to get us approved, he jumped in with both feet hitting the ground running and he worked with us until the day of settlement where he came and supported us until the last paper was signed, sealed and delivered. I cannot tell you how appreciative i am and how lucky we were to have him on our team. If you are buying a home I highly suggust that you give him a call, you will not be disappointed.
