I reached out to Jeff several years ago because I had mortgage questions, because we went to high school together, but mostly because he is the most motivational and inspirational person I know and if I was to choose anyone for (any kind of) guidance, this was the guy I wanted. Well, we had a chain of mortgage refinance guidance communications, and he helped me along while never pushing me for business or any kind of personal gain. He was 100% Big Brother here. He continued to inspire and motivate me along parallel lives until I reached out again, years later, for mortgage help. When we finally decided to start, the mortgage refi process was simple and seamless; he guided us along a rocky road, delayed due to personal stuff on our end, and stuck it out with us to the end. He supported us and answered questions at all hours, had patience and grace, showed us ways to save money and went above and beyond a business transaction - it was a deal laced with personal interest in the client, caring and true friendship. I am grateful to call him our mortgage guy and friend.

I don't normally give 5 stars across the board unless someone truly deserves it. I was put in touch with Jeff by our Realtor, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We were first-time home buyers who had done enough research to know that finding the right person to set up your mortgage is crucial. From the start, Jeff was very open and transparent. He didn't try to hide anything from us, fully explained what anything and everything meant, and how the numbers work now and over time. At one point, we were between two lenders (one was a large online lender and the other was Jeff), and the numbers were vastly different. When we asked the online lender to break down the numbers for us, we received a document that hardly had any detail. We then asked Jeff to break down his numbers for us - he not only broke down his numbers, but he went through the online lender's numbers and explained to us all of the things that were wrong and did not apply in Massachusetts. Jeff and his team are exceptional, and I plan to use their services in the future, should the need arise.
