Overall, a very pleasant experience. Greg, Jeff and team thoroughly laid out the expected steps from day 1 of pre-approval to day of closing, we had no surprises and knew what expect every step of the way. There was one speed bump at the end of the process at no fault of theirs but they jumped in quickly to remedy the issue and get us back on track to close quickly and spend the holidays in our new home. This was my first experience of the home buying process and I couldn’t have been any more satisfied!
