GoogleVERIFIEDBranch in Hudson closed ATM in Hudson was removed. ATM in Westford out side the door of the branch was removed only able to use ATM during business hours. In Littleton door is closed you cannot use ATM too. No workers ATM to use out of business hours. Before that Leominster locations closed. I don’t know why they try to make it difficult for members. How hard to have an ATM out of business hours.

GoogleVERIFIEDI just refinanced a personal loan with another bank to Worker's Credit Union as a 2nd mortgage. All employees handled me respectfully and the process was painless. I definitely had to do my part in gathering information so they could do their job, but as far as refinancing, I lowered my rate by half and barely lifted a finger.
