Dietrich Miklautsch

After graduating in 1998 from Washington State University with a BA in Information Systems, Dietrich started working as a software consultant. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 when he joined First Horizon Home Loans. Dietrich subsequently worked as a Loan Officer for Columbia Funding before starting Cascade Mortgage in 2006. RPM Mortgage then purchased Cascade Mortgage, where he was a Branch Manager and an Executive Loan Advisor. He most recently joined Guild Mortgage, one of the nation's leading independent lenders. Dietrich has built his mortgage career on a solid foundation of education, advice, commitment, product knowledge, and an outstanding work ethic that is noticed by his peers and clients alike. He has a passion for providing education to his clients to make the most strategic decisions when selecting a mortgage. His team is dedicated to providing exceptional service from start to finish, to exceed client expectations. Dietrich lives in Issaquah with his wife, April, and three sons, Landon, Kyler and Trey. He appreciates spending time with family, cheering for the WSU Cougs, enjoying wine, backcountry skiing, golf, and coaching his kids baseball teams.
