After graduating in 1998 from Washington State University with a BA in Information Systems, Dietrich started working as a software consultant. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002 when he joined First Horizon Home Loans. Dietrich subsequently worked as a Loan Officer for Columbia Funding before starting Cascade Mortgage in 2006. RPM Mortgage then purchased Cascade Mortgage, where he was a Branch Manager and an Executive Loan Advisor. He most recently joined Guild Mortgage, one of the nation's leading independent lenders.
