My lender communicated well with me throughout this whole process. Answering all question figuring out and helping out with all problems regarding the loan something that was new to me was very patient and very detail oriented.

From start to finish, we were treated like family by Dennis. Dennis always had Our best interest in mind and was always committed to us and our many many questions. He always considered and respected our needs and our life styles and changes were made to accommodate our needs up to the closing. Coming from a perfectionist, I can honestly say I loved working with Dennis. He is flexible, accommodating, patient and a problem solver and will find a solution to any situation ?.

Finding someone to work with us for our first house purchase was hard. We had just about given up. We came across Fairway Mortgage and put in an application, and we were connected with Dennis. Dennis is the first person to really try to work with us to buy our first house. He explained the whole process clearly since this was our first mortgage, he convinced us that he could/ would help us and he followed through on that, and he provided his contact information so that any questions or issues that we had, he was just a text message/ email/ call away. He was always quick to respond, and if he didn't have the information we needed, he was quick and thorough to get it! Our home buying process was a bit long, but that was 98% because of the seller not wanting to work with us. The rates were not awful, in our opinion, but being first time homebuyers, we didn't have much to go on other than our own research. We were also tired of getting told no at this point and throwing our money away in rent each month for years, which wasn't that much less than the mortgage payment anyways! We had a great experience and love our new house! We will absolutely go back to Dennis for any further purchases and we highly recommend him to work with! He was the best part of our home buying experience, and the only person in the process that we felt was truly trying to help us. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable!
