David is a straight shooter, if he tells you he’ll do something he does it. He will answer your calls at literally any time, and always responds right away to texts and emails. You won’t have to ask him to do anything, he’s on top of everything. During the closing process you and David will strategize loan options, but whatever you go with you can trust that he will get you the best rate available. He got my wife and I locked in at a 6.03% in June of 2023, which is very good for the current market. David is super knowledgeable, he will talk to you like an old friend. He’ll help you figure out what type of loan is best for you and strategize with you about buying your rate down or not based on your life plans and goals. This was our second house, so second mortgage broker we have worked with and after this experience, we plan to use David again the next time. From the day we met david and got pre approved to when we closed on the house was less than 4 weeks. It would have been faster but the house we bought had a couple small repairs that delayed closing. David was ready to close in something ridiculous like 9 days so I can guarantee you’ll never be waiting on him. David is awesome, you won’t find someone better than him and his team!
