David Rawiszer

David is a native of Chattanooga, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years experience in the corporate financial world. He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer with Hospitals, Hospices and Long Term Care facilities in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, Ohio and Arkansas. David made the decision to enter the mortgage industry after going through the mortgage process himself and realizing his professional expertise could help better the buying experience and help the client make the best financial decision for their individual circumstances. He enjoys working with and meeting new people and establishing a relationship with his referral sources and clients. When he is not working David enjoys the outdoors including golfing and spending time with his family. David’s goal is to make the home buying process as stress free as possible and to help the homebuyer make the right decisions when buying a home.
