It was a great pleasure working with Daniel on a transaction with first time home buyers. With his help we were able to get an FHA offer accepted by a seller that had multiple offers. His communication was great throughout the transaction keeping me, the buyer's, and the listing agent informed at all times. We were able to close well ahead of schedule and needless to say that everyone in the transaction was a "happy camper". Delivering the keys to the clients after a smooth transaction was the best part. I would work with Daniel again in a heart beat and give my full recommendation!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dan for the purchase of my home. I came to him for advice and ended up going through the home loan process with him. He is very knowledgable about the the loan process. During the 45 days of my escrow, Dan made himself available anytime I had questions. He kept in contact with me daily with updates on my loan as it went to underwriting, title etc. If I called, texted or email, Dan ALWAYS promptly return my calls. This not only showed his great work ethics but also that he cares for his clients. Buying a home can be stressful but having a loan agent like Dan makes a big difference!
