I cannot find enough positive things to say about Corey. On top of his professionalism and creativity on getting us approved, rates started skyrocketing during the process. He knew how budget conscious we were and helped us find a solution to stay within our means and make a smart financial decision without sacrificing our future. If you don't know him, he's also a staunch supporter of Dave Ramsey's snowball debt methods and presented us with a 15 and 20 year option to show us the long term effects of how much a 30 year mortgage truly costs. This was a real eye opener!! I wish we could give him 10 stars out of 5 as we feel so much more equipped to handle owning a home.
