Cole was able to accomplish something that everyone else told us was impossible! We bought our house December of 2022 and because we were self employed and let a "friend" take advantage of us, we got locked into a 10% interest loan that we were barely able to afford. We were told that we would be able to refinance immediately after buying the house. This was false because our DTI was now to high to refinance after buying the house.
