Charles was very unresponsive and not helpful at all in my case. He never answered the phone or did what he promised. After months of saving money, making sure my credit was up to par, and giving up my primary residence, I was ready to do whatever I had to to buy a house to be close to my family. I asked Charles to at least let me know what I needed to do if I couldn't get approved right now so I could work on it and at least be able to know how to move forward. I didn't even get that from Charles. I would not recommend working with him. As a veteran with many fellow veterans and active duty military members in the area as friends and family, who are also looking to buy homes, I would have had no problem giving him referrals had this experience gone better. Terrible experience.
