There are a lot of moving parts and a lot of people involved, and Brian Scott kept us completely informed every step of the way. That transparency made all the difference. When hurdles came up, and they did, he didn't just flag them, he found solutions. At one point he came back to us with a better rate we weren't even expecting. Some people treat it like a job. Brian Scott is clearly passionate about what he does, and it shows. He'd be the first person I'd call again, and I've worked with other mortgage lenders before. Not a close comparison.
