Whether it be a purchase loan or a refinance, I have multiple loan products to choose from--Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA. My business is based on past client referrals and word of mouth. I also give free mortgage advice to anyone who asks, and I do not charge anything for pre-qualifications and First Time Homebuyer education and planning.
