Hi there, My name is Alina. I have over 20 years of mortgage lending experience and currently Manage the Northpoint Mortgage, Falmouth Maine office. I am licensed in Maine, NH, Mass and Florida. I am passionate about providing responsible lending options to each one of my clients, and make myself available nights and weekends, to ensure I am available when my clients and Realtor partners need me most. We offer multiple programs, investors and products to ensure our clients get the very best programs, rates and terms. I am also a certified Military Mortgage Specialist, as well as a certified Renovation Loan Specialist and have 2 decades of experience writing VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, Land and Renovation loans, among other programs.
