Like you, I saved a little money, worked on my credit score and then started calling different loan agents to find out what else I needed to do in order to buy a house. I was completely in the dark about what I needed to do. I called so many, I called them all. It was not easy! I am an average single, self-employed woman without the luxury of a co-signer. No one wanted to talk to me. They would ask for my financials and then brush me off like a fly or refer me to someone else. “We don’t do loans for self employed” some would say. Or, “Your Agi is not high enough to qualify”. Most wouldn't even tell me why they couldn't help me. No one was willing to tell me what I needed to do in order to buy a house. That is, until I met Alfonso. He was referred to me by an amazing zillow realtor named Jenna camma and Alfonso is the first and only loan agent I have ever talked to that actually cares about helping people get a house. I cannot speak highly enough of him. I inquired with different loan places for about a year! I didn’t think I was ready to actually buy a house! (and I wasn’t) I was only trying to find out what I NEEDED to do to get ready, and Alfonso was the only person that wanted to help me get ready. He answered tons of questions for me. Alfonso didn’t just qualify me. He guided me and told me in simple language what I needed to do to GET qualified. He made me ready immediatly! He has many tricks up his sleeve. He got me through all the bumps along the way and my financial situation gave him several! and he got me an amazing loan. He was one of the few loan agents in the entire state of California to be able to secure some Dream for all shared appreciation loans for his customers. I was one of the lucky ones. Only 2300 Californians got that April deal and Alfonzo made sure that one of them was me. He had a small window of time and locked in as many customers as he could. Do I say more? I am so lucky to have found him. If you are reading this, you are lucky too. Alfonso will find the best available loan for you too. He knows he is a good agent, but I’m not sure he realizes how good. He has a perfected circle of professionals that he works with and my home buying process was so smooth till the end. I just can’t thank him enough.
