This man is so phenomenal at what he does. I wasn't even sure that I'd qualify for a mortgage. I cast my lure in the mysterious and kinda scary, mortgage pool and he called me immediately and we discussed my situation. Fast forward two or three months later and I'm a very, happy homeowner. Alan and his team walked me through the whole process, answering a multitude of questions for many days on end. When my Realtor completely dropped the ball, Alan stepped in to make it happen and seal the deal. He even came to my closing and sat through the whole process (btw, my Realtor was completely MIA). I didn't feel like a number but like a client who he genuinely cared about. He now has a client for life! Big kudos, to Alan and his team!
