Recent Local Sales Activity
We consider transactions recorded within the past three years, including local sales and transactions completed through FastExpert. Transactions completed through FastExpert receive additional weight.
Number of Transactions
When earlier criteria are equal, agents with more recorded transactions during the past three years rank higher.
Average Customer Rating
When other ranking factors are equal, agents with higher average customer ratings receive priority.
Ties fall through to the next criterion. Rankings update as transaction and review data change. There is no paid placement.
