"Good place to live Family oriented, More affordable than most of California. The city is growing and there is a lot of business and growth here, UC Merced is at your service, National Parks within driving distance. Moved from Los Angeles about 40 years ago and really enjoy the change of pace."

Merced is a nice community and is going up in value and has a lack of rentals for students that go to UC Merced and therefore is a great investment area as well as a lovely town to raise a family.
