Alvarado is a wonderful growing community that offers the best of both worlds: a small-town, country feel with convenient access to the DFW Metroplex. Located along Highway 67 and I-35, Dallas and Fort Worth are both approximately 30"“40 minutes away. The area is experiencing exciting growth, with new restaurants, shopping, residential developments, and a brand-new elementary school. Alvarado also offers beautiful, affordable homes compared to many neighboring communities, making it a great option for buyers looking for more value without giving up convenience.
