ZillowVERIFIEDZina was excellent to work with. She knew a lot about the Atlanta area and showed us many options before we picked out the condo we purchased. She was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the entire purchasing and closing process to us. Additionally, she went above and beyond in finding a handyman for some of the follow up work we had performed. I would highly recommend Zina for anyone interested in purchasing a residence.

ZillowVERIFIED Zina worked with us through the selling of our home and the purchase of a new home. The home we were selling didn't garner the value we were looking for, so Zina suggested that we rent it out until the market turns. She worked quickly to find us great tenants, then 18 mos. later worked hard with us in selling the property. Through it all she gave us guidance on every step along the way. She is very professional and knowledgeable on the market. I would recommend Zina to anyone. Thanks Zina for sticking with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Zina was very helpful in selling our house. We contacted her about 60 days prior to listing to find out her thoughts and what we should do to get it ready to sale. Her suggestions and ideas were spot on. She has a good sense for decorating and staging the home to be pleasing to the eye. Once we listed the house she stayed in contact with us and walked us through every step of the process. Her patience and knowledge was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Zina to anyone looking to buy/sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot speak high enough about our experience with Ms. Zina Holt. We were amazed that the same day we listed our property with her it was posted and expertly marketed. Her pictures and review looked and sounded amazing! Her expertise, knowledge and hard work were apparent and felt throughout the entire process. Her diligence paid off, our condo was sold in less than 30-days. She was with us and offered resources and knowledge throughout our experience. We will be recommending Ms. Holt to everyone we know; and anyone who is interested in buying or selling with a professional that is respected in her field and is able to walk you through the process, provide resources and knowledge at each step. She presented a sincere interest in making sure we were satisfied from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, to our many questions. ZillowVERIFIED This experience was the best for us. As new home buyers we had not a clue as to what to expect. Mrs Holt literally took us by the hand & guided us though out this whole process. Zina is very patient thank God for that lol. She took time to explain every part of the process to us in lay mans terms. We understood every part of the deal she made sure we felt secure as buyers. It never felt like it was just a business deal it felt intimate, which helped us to feel comfortable enough to close this deal. Also I cannot forget how she showed us over 25 houses and never complained. She's more that a realtor she's the real deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Zina did a great job selling my house. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the house was in great shape and handled any repairs while I was 4 states away. I would highly recommend her to any seller who is hands off with the sale of their home. I gave her a lot of heat over some of the offers we got but she dealt with my irritation with idiotic offers very well and took some of the sting out of dealing with FHA BS, which I would never ever recommend to seller if they can find a real buyer to avoid dealing with government regs and the bs that comes with it....

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my home quickly as I had already moved out of state. I called Ms Holt who immediately started processing the paperwork and sent all information to me for my e signature and approval . She was able to give me comparable stats of home sales in the area so that I could make informed decisions on the selling price . She assisted with all questions , concerns and all communications to get my home ready for sale . My home was on the market for less than two months when I received several offers and was able to get the asking price. Ms Holt was able to assist with all aspects of the closing so that this entire transaction was done in a timely manner. If anyone needs a realtor in Atlanta I would definitely recommend Ms Holt .

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were referred to Zina by a friend after we had a horrible experience with another realtor. Zina was amazing! We told her what we were looking for and she immediately went to work in getting us a list of homes to look at. We had no idea what area we wanted to live in but that didn't phase Zina as she was extremely knowledgeable about several different areas in metro Atlanta, and in the rare occasion that she didn't know, she made sure to find out. Zina was always available and was as invested in making sure we were extremely happy in our new home as we were. When we finally found our dream home, she did extensive market research to ensure that we were making the best offer on the home and not paying too much. She even gave us a great house warming gift! I can't say enough about how wonderful Zina was! We will definitely use her again and will be recommending her to everyone we know!

ZillowVERIFIED Zina is the best. Buying a home can be so stressful but Zina made it look like a walk in the park. She is very reliable and ALWAYS returned all my calls and emails. I noticed really soon when I started to work with her that she actually went the extra mile in providing information that I needed. She also paid attention to the things I like and found me a home that I love and matched my lifestyle. Working with her made me feel like she actually cared about what was best for me. One helpful thing that I valued was the fact that she is very observant. In viewing homes she would always notice flaws that I overlooked and always pointed me in the direction of the bigger picture. From day one she was on the job working hard. She is very persistent and she has been a total blessing to me on my journey purchasing a home to.
