ZillowVERIFIED It was a amazing experience with Angela and Zack. They just literally gave us a list of what needs to be done from door knobs to what kind of lights for interior and exterior. Literally a list of everything with store details etc. They asked us to spend some extra money to make the curb appeal and the front side better, I was a little hesitant to spend that extra 7K-8K but he convinced me that its worth doing it.After listing the home it was sold in less than 4 days and went 90K above the listing price. I was super happy and his guidance on asking to spend that little extra fetched us amazing price.

He used a marketing plan that focused on the future potential of the building instead of what the building was currently producing. Although I have worked with Zack and his team numerous times for residential properties, this was the first experience I have had with a commercial property. I must say that not only did the sales price exceed both mine and the "experts" expectations, but my overall experience from mutual acceptance, to inspection, and then on to closing, was refreshingly smooth.
