From the very beginning when I contacted Zach I knew he and his team were the ones to handle my unusual transaction. A friend of mine had passed away and I was charged with selling his beautiful home. I didnt know the area, I didnt know the market and I didnt know what to do cosmetically to the home to get the best sale result. Zach put me at ease right away with his knowledge of the market, his practical approach to preparing the home for sale, and his and his teams willingness to assist with the upgrades. Zach and his team not only advised on the clean-up and refresh, they also had many connections in the cleaning, painting and repair industries. If they have a contact for the service the home needed, they helped locate one. All of the cleaning and repairs happened in a very short period of time and if one of the contractors couldnt complete their portion on time Zach and his team found another contractor to keep the project moving. Their efforts before the sale made the upgrades easy and affordable - and almost painless to me! The results were amazing. The home was listed for $1.2mm and sold 10 days later for $1.410 mm. I highly recommend Zach McDonald and his wonderful team of associates - they did an incredible job for me and got results I never could have imagined.

After following him for a few years, I decided to take a plunge and look for a home for my growing family. First of all, either you go with Zach or not as your real estate agent, his YouTube channel is a goldmine of information for any home buyer and especially Seattle market. With monthly updates and detailed step-by-step videos for each step in house buying, it makes so much easier for new home buyers like us to understand the process thoroughly. He was very clear on first step as getting pre-approval which proved to be really important in our case (TRUST the process!!). If you are someone like us who want very transparent communication, Zach and his team(Rachel and Lindsay) is the right choice for you. Our visits were properly scheduled, all safety precautions were taken amidst covid pandemic and never had any issues around it. He provided his honest opinion on each house we visited, laid out the pros and cons which really helped us to make a call. We had previously experienced how the agents created a pressurized situation to make a quick/hasty decision but house buying is probably the most expensive investment you are going to make.
