ZillowVERIFIEDYvonne is the BEST! I met her when I bought my condo and she was the sellers agent. I knew after that interaction that I would use her when I sold or bought another property. She knows what she is doing, she understands all aspects of the buying and selling process AND she takes the time to educate her clients too! She is very responsive and was always available to answer a question. This is why she is one of the top rated realtors on Kauai!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Yvonne to search for a home on Kauai because my daughter, resides there and I was considering relocating there. She was a fantastic asset. She gave me a tour of the area and description of home prices in different areas. We looked at several homes and in the end, I did not relocate at this time but would definitely use Yvonne if and when I decide to relocate to Kauai. What I liked most about Yvonne that I think is essential with a realtor is her genuine honesty and caring about you. She has a good feel for people and is able to help navigate in the direction you want to go. She was not pushy at all and spent a lot of time with me. I could not have been more pleased. If you are considering Kauai, look no further for a realtor who is competent. She is a one stop complete realtor who will treat you right. You will not be disappointed. She is well worth your time.

ZillowVERIFIED All agents should strive to be as incredible as Yvonne Summerfield. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but she actually cared about us. Yvonne is an creative thinker and a phenomenal problem solver! We thought purchasing a Kaua'i home while living on the mainland would be difficult. But Yvonne made the purchasing process seamless for us, kept in contact with us and worked diligently on our behalf. We have already recommended her services to family and friends looking to move on island near us. We have only positive things to say about Yvonne, and wish there was an extra star to give her for her outstanding service. Kudos to her office staff, especially Jill.

ZillowVERIFIED What more can you really say about Yvonne? She's an amazing real estate agent who has your back throughout. She really cares what's in your best interest and was always available to talk despite how busy she is. There is a reason you see her listings all over the island because she works hard at it. ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely incredible. We have never used a real estate agent who was so competent and hard working. She was extremely detail oriented (took all the property photos herself) and was reachable from early am to late pm on her cell 7 days a week. Easy to understand why she is so successful on Kauai.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only was Yvonne very helpful while showing us different neighborhoods and homes, but she was completely on our side during the offer/negotiation phase, thinking of details we never would have. We were 5 hours away from Kauai so Yvonne was there and taking photos during the inspections and during some home renovations. She even walked the extensive, completely wild property after if was staked and sent us photos. By far the most organized and detail oriented realtor we have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is the Queen! Somehow, even though she was representing the seller, she nade us feel as if we were her customer. She goes the extara mile like no realtor I have ever worked with in the past. This deal had completely sunk, but she was tenacious, fearless and turned over every leaf, not willing to let it go. In the end, it went through with an amazingly crazy speed, compliemnted by the fact that Ms. Summerfield found use $1,000,000 in hard money that enable us to close the deal in 30 hours. Unheard of and unthinkable service to the highest. degree.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne Summerfield is the best realtor. Period. Having lived on Kauai for almost 20 years, Yvonne is familiar with the "island style" and finds the right properties for each client. She's savvy and very aware of the current market. As a first-time home seller, I completely trusted Yvonne's suggestions. She immediately established an MLS listing of my house, including photos and a thorough description. Yvonne promptly met with prospective buyers and guided me along the necessary procedures so that the escrow process was expeditious. Who knew that selling a house could be such collaborative adventure? I highly recommend Yvonne Summerfield for all real estate endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is the best, most professional and knowledgeable agent we have ever worked with. At our first meeting, she gave us an overview of neighborhoods and the current market situation which helped us define which neighborhood we preferred. Yvonne led us thoughtfully through each step of the escrow process, providing candid advice, daily updates by phone and email, and kept all parties on track to close escrow as planned. We are extremely grateful to Yvonne for all of her help in purchasing our home in the neighborhood we love and at a price we could afford. We recommend Yvonne without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne did a fabulous job for us on the sale of our home on Kauai. Although we had met her in person before, we worked with her on this deal exclusively over phone and internet. She kept in touch extremely well, keeping us posted by email and text, and sending us photos. She kept a great eye on the property, and helped tremendously in coordinating repairs we agreed to do for the buyers. She also kept in touch with the gardener and helped us keep the place looking great during the sales process. She went 'above and beyond' what one would expect from a real estate agent. Of course, she also did a great job on the main aspects of the sale: marketing the property, showing it, contracting, keeping the escrow process on track, etc. She has a great network of people on Kauai she can work with and we found the whole process very smooth and orderly. We recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never met a real estate agent or broker more diligent with her follow through as Yvonne Summerfield. She makes sure any task assigned is completed and in a timely manner. I was also very impressed that she came on sight for every showing of our property to assist a potential buyer and their agent with a complete understanding of the value of our property. Yvonne is awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne had been recommended to us by one her previous clients, and we would recommend her without hesitation. She really went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process. In our case, for most of the time after our first visit to the site to closing we were doing things remotely, and in addition to being very much on top of things, keeping us informed, keeping things moving and otherwise filling us with confidence that things were always well under control, she was also spectacular in helping with many of the logistics of inspection, inventory, and things that benefited from having someone onsite when we couldn't be. All of her recommendations for professionals providing other services both during and after the sale were absolutely top notch. And she is one of the very nicest and most pleasant people to interact with. Working with her was a genuine pleasure.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne never stopped looking for our "perfect" place on Kauai. She had to be out of town during our hop to the island to look for property but had a great colleague who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Even though Yvonne was out of town she was always available by phone immediately. We wanted a fast closing and she managed that as well - very impressive. We wanted a good price and she negotiated that too - well done! We couldn't have wished for a better agent to represent us. We would definitely engage her again in future purchases or sales.

ZillowVERIFIED We have now worked with Yvonne Summerfield on 3 occasions. The first time was when we purchased our home on Kauai in 2006. Her professionalism was evident to us as the buyers. She represented the seller. Three years later we considered downsizing and quickly contacted her to be our agent. Though we chose not to continue after several months, we were again very much impressed with her representation including her knowledge of the market and her effort. When it came time for us to relocate to Massachusetts this past year, we did not hesitate to contact her once again. The result speaks for itself even in a "down" market. Yvonne did a remarkable job. We are extremely grateful.Richard and Doreen DeTucci
