Then during a time when inventory was low he continued to help us look at property after property, making many offers. Knowing our list of what we really wanted he helped us make tough decisions on how much to offer and reminded us of our needs when we were deciding on making an offer or not. He was agreeable to doing and offering what we wanted but reminded us of what we may be forgetting and gave us guidance in a crazy market.
