She even negotiated an extra $5K when we were ready to settle for less! She was always available and she knows the ends and outs of the transaction. ZillowVERIFIED It was ok except we felt rushed by the seller, either they wanted us to move in sooner at first but when the day came closer the seller then asked for us to move in later because their new home was not ready, we allowed a couple extra days but Winter could have stressed the fact to the seller that we were running out of days to stay at our apartment in Garden Grove. We have scheduled our movers truck and hired helpers for the original move in day which was again rushed for rescheduling. WE felt that Winter could have a better communication about turning on utilities services with Kevin but both were very busy with their own schedule so we opt to be patient. However, Winter could have had the seller do more when it came to cleaning up their mess before we moved in. When we met up with Winter in Rancho Cucamonga to get our keys at the gas station, she told us she went into the house prior getting our house keys and thought the seller left the house in spotless condition, however that was not the case for us. Right after we received the keys, we drove to our new house to plan our next day move in and we were immediately hit by the overwhelming smell of the kitchen and living room, it was as if the place was doused in cumin and tumeric spice. Junk and trash were scattered all through the house essentially in the master bedroom closet and garag, the carpets had more stains and were not in the same condition as when we had first seen it during open house. Afterwards, we cleaned up a little and sent back to Garden Grove, the next day on Friday evening we had our things unloaded into the garage, Kevin's brother who was helping out went to the sink to wash his hands and...there was no water...no water at all through the whole house. Beaumont water district was already closed for the week as well so we went a whole weekend without water. Looking back now things could have been better communication wise but we are still grateful Winter got us our new home. Thank you
