We were with him for initial conversations with the builder, but due to our living arrangements, we were overseas for the majority of the process. He provided valuable guidance throughout the process and helped keep tabs on the home's construction. Also, he's a guided missile if you give him a roll of blue tape on your home's inspection. He identified issues my wife and I wouldn't have noticed without his obsessive attention to the leveling of surfaces. If we decide to purchase another home in Northern Virginia, we'd definitely use Will again.
