Willans Delgadillo is an amazingly patient and helpful agent who helped us find a new home in July 2023. When we needed to find a new home in Fairfax County after living in Prince William County we needed an agent that had a ton of local knowledge and pricing expertise. We met Willans at an open house and immediately knew we had found our agent based on his friendly demeanor and openness. Willans gave us some pointer about how to start our search but never gave us a hard sell. As a matter of fact, I think WE asked HIM for his card. We had a deadline to find a home by the start of the school year and Willans showed us a couple dozen homes all over West Springfield, Burke, Fairfax Station and Annandale over the summer. Willans patiently explained the ins-and-outs of local home pricing, likely inventory availability, what pitfalls to look out for in grading a home. Willans worked around our limited time and availability to make himself available for showings and consultations. Willans gave us great advice about the offer process and helped us set our expectations about the likelyhood of the offer being accepted. Willans was there for us every step of the way from the first day we met through the process of moving into our new home. We can't imagine finding a better agent to help us find a new home than Willans Delgadillo and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Norther Virginia. We would give him 10 stars if we could!

We were having trouble landing a home in the area, until we found Willans ! He was always on time, professional and honest. Most importantly, the first home we offered on with him, we landed! It takes a strategic agent in this market to buy a house, and Willans is that. When challenges arose, he made sure we overcame them so that we could get to closing. Would I recommend him to friends?
