We just celebrated our one year anniversary in our new home and I have been so busy enjoying it that I'm just now getting around to this review. Will helped us sell our first home at the beginning of our moving journey. It was quite the process and he was there every step of the way. He helped us navigate potential buyers as offers came and went and was attentive to the details of our contracts so that we were never taken advantage of. Throughout the selling process he also aided us in finding our new home. Will was an amazing realtor. He held our hand every step of the way. And we needed a lot of that. Moving was an emotional mess for us and will has the patience of a saint taking us out to look at countless houses, sitting down for a meal when we needed to think and talk over things, and being a valuable source of information. He even dealt well with being a shoulder to cry on haha I don't think we would have made it through the trauma of home buying without him! He is a down to earth guy and such a pleasure to spend the day with house hunting. I highly recommend him and his amazing team.

Firstly, I've never had a agency work SO hard to graciously help me find exactly what i was looking for, and without that "car dealership" feeling! My agent was William Woodward and he dedicatedly went up to bat for me with just the right bargaining skills i needed! Communication, effort and especially knowledge are what sets this company aside from the rest. A+++ , thanks guys!

I had my property languishing in short sell purgatory for over a year. I signed a listing agreement with Mr. Woodward and within a few short months a deal was done! This guy is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He had immediate answers for every one of my questions and explained every step of the process as it occurred. You won't be just another file on his desk like other realtors. I highly recommend you obtain his services for any real estate need.

Having dealt with previous realtors as both the buyer and as the seller; I was ecstatic to finally have a knowledgeable and hard working yet friendly and personable realtor working day and night to find me my perfect home and also sell my previous home. Will found a buyer for my house in less then a month after my previous realtor sat on my property for over a year! He comes highly recommended and the honor was mine.
