We just celebrated our one year anniversary in our new home and I have been so busy enjoying it that I'm just now getting around to this review. Will helped us sell our first home at the beginning of our moving journey. It was quite the process and he was there every step of the way. He helped us navigate potential buyers as offers came and went and was attentive to the details of our contracts so that we were never taken advantage of. Throughout the selling process he also aided us in finding our new home. Will was an amazing realtor. He held our hand every step of the way. And we needed a lot of that. Moving was an emotional mess for us and will has the patience of a saint taking us out to look at countless houses, sitting down for a meal when we needed to think and talk over things, and being a valuable source of information. He even dealt well with being a shoulder to cry on haha I don't think we would have made it through the trauma of home buying without him! He is a down to earth guy and such a pleasure to spend the day with house hunting. I highly recommend him and his amazing team.
