Quite simply, Will was outstanding. In every aspect of the selling process, he was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the market and the best ways to showcase our home were second to none. From the photos he chose to highlight the homes features to the lifestyle video starring the areas hardest working cowboy, he told the story of the home and made it easy for buyers to imagine themselves in it. I don't think I can put into words how great our experience with Will Poteat was, but I can surely try. We had a particularly difficult home to sell due to the number of bedrooms being so few compared to the large square footage of the house. When considering selling, I knew it could possibly be a long ride and wanted someone that I could trust and would be able to appropriately manage any issues that may arise. I had met Will previously, and with a couple of interactions, I knew he was the guy for the job. Any problem that popped up, he was on it immediately with a list of solutions. He has a confident way about him that is very much earned, and his knowledge about the ins and outs of real estate is truly beneficial. In a time where almost everyone is a "real estate agent", this guy and his crew actually add value to that title. 10/10, would definitely recommend. And he will be my permanent go-to for future real estate endeavors.
