I'm Will Flannigan, a Real Estate Agent with The Nell Team at Equity Union, serving Burbank, Glendale, and the luxury markets of the Hollywood Hills and San Marino. I've represented buyers and sellers here since 2014, and I've lived in Burbank's Rancho neighborhood for nearly twenty years - the market I work in is also the community I'm part of.

I'm a Certified Trust & Probate Specialist and a former attorney, so I can guide families through the sale of a home held in a trust or inherited estate with a clear grasp of the legal and financial questions that come with it. I also speak fluent Mandarin and represent both local and overseas buyers who want an agent who can work with them in their own language.
