ZillowVERIFIEDWhitney is absolutely amazing!! She goes above and beyond what you think a realtor does and makes sure you feel supported through a big decision of what house to buy. If you have an issues she will contact people who can help you on your behalf. In short she is amazing.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe simply cannot say enough good things about Whitney! We had a challenging home/farm to sell and not only did Whitney hang in there with us, she made it possible for us to always be looking on the bright side of the situation. She helped us get an excellent price for our sale home/farm and then helped us quickly find a new dwelling. We credit Whitney?s time, energy, caring and expertise for the locating and securing of our new home. We are now settled in and extremely happy with our purchase. We are also happy with the many professionals to whom Whitney referred us. Whitney is the perfect Realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhitney was amazing! I had to tell her it wasnt necessary to call me immediately but she usually did! She helped us, guided us , checked up on how the loan process was going, advised us, and gave us a list of contractors and other service companies that we needed. Plan on recommending her to everyone I know!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhitney was a dream come true as far as realtors go. Never during the time we spent working together did I feel that my concerns, needs and or wants were not met. Not only did Whitney bend over backwards to help my family and I find our forever home but she also helped us sell the home in which we were currently residing in. Which I might add sold within the very first week after being listed. Whitney will forever be our go to when it comes to all things real estate and I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a pleasant, yet professional buying and or selling experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time homebuyers, Whitney was wonderful in both helping us find homes that fit our needs and helping us navigate the process of getting approved for our mortgage. We felt like we were able to negotiate the purchase price to make a smart investment on our house. Overall we had a great experience and are very happy with our new home!! We cant thank Whitney enough!! When it comes time to sell, well definitely be reaching back out to her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhitney contacted us when our listing on our home was expiring. We werent at all happy with our original realtor. We found Whitney to be very professional, hard working and, most importantly, trustworthy. Whitney worked with us to get our house sold quickly in a very tough market and at a price that was better than expected. We would absolutely recommend Whitney to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Shes willing to put in the effort to get the best results possible.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Whitney to purchase a home in Harrisonburg when we moved from the DC area. Whitney was great - in fact we wouldnt have ended up with our home if it wasnt for her. Because we were driving a couple of hours to look at homes we did marathon days seeing many properties in a day. If there was another property for sale in a neighborhood that wasnt on our list she would call and see if we could get in and in fact the house we picked was one of those. In addition, she was incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone to all of our needs. She recommended home inspectors who did a great job as well. I would use Whitney again!
