Weston represented my wife and I purchasing a home in Long Beach. He also supported us through the short-term rental license process and connected us with local contractors. We now consider him a friend. He takes a warm, relationship-based approach with his clients. It was a privilege working with Weston!

Our family has used Weston for all of our coastal homes and investment properties, and we truly wouldnt use anyone else. He knows the peninsula inside and out. Not just the market, but the people, places, contractors, and little details that make a big difference. Whether we needed a smart real estate opinion, a local recommendation, or someone who could actually get things done, Weston always had the right answer or the right person to call. Hes connected, responsive, honest, and incredibly easy to trust. For anyone buying or selling on the coast, Weston is the person you want in your corner!

We were so impressed with Weston that we used him again for another property. We called him at the last minute to see a house we were interested in. He met us there almost immediately, showed us the house, wrote up the offer as soon as we left and the sellers accepted the next morning. He told us there were multiple offers and gave us the winning strategy.

Working with Weston was a genuinely exceptional experience both buying and selling. From the beginning he approached the process with a level of professionalism, market knowledge, and strategic insight that immediately set him apart from other agents we had spoken with. He has a very sharp understanding of the local market and was able to quickly identify opportunities and risks that we would not have recognized on our own. What we appreciated most was his ability to balance a calm, thoughtful demeanor with very strong advocacy on our behalf. He was always well-prepared, highly responsive, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the transaction. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional, he clearly takes pride in representing his clients well and ensuring every step of the process is handled correctly. Weston also has an excellent eye for property value and positioning. His guidance around pricing, negotiation strategy, and long-term considerations gave us a great deal of confidence in our decisions. It was clear we were working with someone who operates at a very high level within the industry. In short, if you are looking for a broker who is knowledgeable, polished, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for his clients, Weston is someone you want in your corner.

Weston demonstrated remarkable skill and integrity while representing my husband and me as buyers and also representing the seller in our transaction. He provided clear guidance, timely communication, and a balanced approach that ensured all parties were treated fairly. His market knowledge and steady professionalism kept the process moving smoothly from start to finish. Dual representation can be complex, but he handled it with transparency and expertise. We highly recommend Weston for anyone seeking a driven, trustworthy, and accomplished real estate professional.

Weston helped us both sell our condo for a premium price and purchase our new home in a complex negotiation. He was a great advocate for us in finding and purchasing the home we love. He is respected and is a sought after collaborator within the business and realtor community. He is ethical, professional, and, as a bonus, lots of fun to spend time with. Hire him - you will love him!

If I could give Weston more than five stars I would! Weston is one of the best realtors I have worked with, having bought and sold over ten homes across the US. He is by far the best on the Long Beach Peninsula. He is highly knowledgeable, proficient, competent, honest, considerate, highly personable, and extremely professional. He handled an extremely challenging sale of a property for me with skill and expertise in a very timely manner. He went the extra mile at every step even lending us his car at the end. If you want the best, Weston is the realtor to go to.

Weston is a rock star realtor, and goes above and beyond in all he does. He managed the sale of my Ocean Park property during a challenging market that resulted in a 6 week duration from listing to close! During the home inspection, a repair item arose which presented risk to the close date, however Weston?s creativity and negotiation skills quickly resolved. This is my second transaction with Weston and I can attest that he has the knowledge and network to effectively handle any real estate sale on the peninsula.

Westons passion for and intimate knowledge of the surrounding area made him the perfect choice to represent our property sale. His calm and upbeat demeanor eased any tense moments during the process. He was always willing to go the extra step with any requirement, up to and including unloading the forgotten contents of a refrigerator door AND shipping the jar of saffron to our new location! Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Weston was responsive to our inquiries. He readily grasped what we were looking for and was able to find us listings to investigate. When we found the right place for us his advice was spot on with regards to how to structure our offer which was accepted. He remained engaged through the inspection, financing and closure of the transaction to insure everything remained on track. We would utilize Westons services again and recommend him to others.
