ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend this agent under any circumstances whatsoever! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a property outside of Kingman AZ and Mark and I discussed that he would contact the listing agent to inquire about the property and take a drive out to view it before we made the 5 hour drive to view it. I received a text back from Mark that we should write an offer! This was although my wife and I had not even viewed the property! I literally could not believe that Mark would have the temerity to even text this. A few days later, I contacted the listing agent who was very knowledgeable and helpful, only to find out Mark did not even bother to call her. A complete waste of time.

ZillowVERIFIED Strengths: * Victorria is well versed with the Kingman area and builders. Her honest reviews of them were very helpful. * She did video walk throughs of 2 properties for us. Which were helpful. * Price Negotiation: We are very happy with the price that we paid for our home. * Her understanding of the overall purchasing process seemed reasonable. * Honest. * Cheerful attitude. * Seems to care. Weaknesses: * Forgetfullness: Forgetting to answer questions and follow up. * Lack of Follow through: She missed checking on 2 new Angle Builder homes in a timely manner (were sold by the time she got around to them) and 3 times not following back up with us on questions or issues she needed to get information for without 1 or more prompting phone call(s) and/or messages. * Lack of attention to detail: There were errors and omissions along the way that caused several addendums and I had to contact the title agency to correct an issue in person. Summary: Victorria was recommended by another Realtor. Overall, I would give a grade of C to C-. With extra effort (repeating questions, following up when she forgot about us, etc.) on our parts, she got us a good house at a good price. At this time, I wouldn't recommend her after getting a feel for the Kingman area and going through other Kingman Realtor reviews here on Zillow. Second one told them what happened with the first one, never heard from her again, and I'm a buyer, you know how I know I'm a buyer, because I bought with Nicole on my second offer. I was a out of town buyer and there were two things that could have derailed my deal, thankfully Nicole helped me out dearly. I have already recommended Nicole and will continue to do so. Finding our new home under those circumstances could have been a confusing and time consuming project if not for Jordan. Sure, he is a trained professional who makes certain that every single duck is in a row when purchasing a home BUT...Jordan really shines in the 'above and beyond' department.
