Steven made our search and purchase seamless! He quickly understood our needs and searched to find us the perfect property. He stayed in touch daily through the purchase and helped us find reputable contractors afterwards for some additions we wanted to make. He was instrumental in negotiating with sellers. I would not recommend this agent under any circumstances whatsoever! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a property outside of Kingman AZ and Mark and I discussed that he would contact the listing agent to inquire about the property and take a drive out to view it before we made the 5 hour drive to view it. I received a text back from Mark that we should write an offer! This was although my wife and I had not even viewed the property! I literally could not believe that Mark would have the temerity to even text this. A few days later, I contacted the listing agent who was very knowledgeable and helpful, only to find out Mark did not even bother to call her. A complete waste of time.
