ZillowVERIFIEDWe are trying to relocate to Georgia (Pierce county or Ware county) from the Chicago area. We spent 3 days with Wendy touring neighborhoods and properties. Her knowledge was invaluable to us. We were extraordinarily pleased with her honesty, integrity and professionalism.Wendy had a list of properties to show us and they meet our requirements. She did a first rate job of understanding our wants. Wendy continued to stay in touch with us when we returned home. On multiple occasions she would contact us and do a FaceTime/ video tour with us. Wendy has a wonderful temperament and a great disposition. Her knack for understanding what we were looking for was spot on.Wendy was always prompt in returning calls and or answering texts. We ultimately found a home that was FSBO so we did not get to experience Wendys abilities at negotiating. However, I have a gut sense we would have been pleased.I would highly recommend Wendy and hope we get a chance to do just that once we are situated in our new home in Blackshear!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home FSBO on Zillow and was contacted shortly thereafter by Wendy Mattox as she had a client interested in purchasing. We ended up selling to the client she brought to show our home. The entire process with Wendy was seamless. She was always clear about what the buying/selling process would entail, gave us any information we asked for, and made this whole process pleasant from start to finish. We recommend Wendy Mattox for your any of your buying/selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy helped us through the ups and downs of selling a home. She was up front with us about what the local market would support price-wise and worked with us as challenges and unexpected changes came up. She gave us her professional opinion which allowed us to make our own, informed decisions. She gave practical advice on prepping the house as well as guiding us through the legal processes. She made a difficult time easier for us to get through.

ZillowVERIFIED I called Wendy so she could represent me on this property or any other properate in the waycross area. I was interested in buying this property. At first she was very responsive and told me about the listing then she said I had to do all new plumbing and electrical. I check with listing agent he said that is wrong. I gave her another listing and she was negative about that listing omg how did this realtor get so many good reviews. She told me that she would send me some listings and never did. I don't understand her way of doing business. I tried contacting her no response. I don't understand the lack of communication after the first call

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy is very easy to get along with and was very helpful, considering this was mine and my fiances first time buying a house. She always replied back when I had any questions and was willing to meet after her office hours on weekends since my fiance works out of town during the week.

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy is one of the most professional, courteous, and hard working real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If not for her last minute efforts dealing with multiple issues, the closing would not have been concluded on the date as planned. Thanks Again for all your efforts!!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Mattox is very professional and well connected. She was awesome at negotiating a great deal for us and had inspectors at the house the very next day. She also found a pool guy to meet us at the house to make sure a pool could go in. At the closing table Wendy shines with her knowledge and dedication to her job and clients. I highly recommend and will call her for future needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Wendy was very helpful for the couple of years we were looking for a home. She would let us know of upcoming homes and always stayed in contact with us. And our little one liked talking to her as well. That was a plus. She made it easy and painless from looking at homes to the closing day. Thank you for all your help Mrs. Wendy!!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy answered our many many phone calls no matter how many times a day we called. We had a difficult buying opportunity and she brought in experts to help us assess what would need to be done to update the home. She met us on Sunday's after church, sat out thunderstorms, and helped us explore multiple buying options. She is very patient and is not pushy. She gives you time and space to think about your choices. I recommend Wendy to everyone who is looking for a home or who is trying to sell.

Her knowledge of the local area and advice was always spot on. Even with my crazy work schedule, she was always accessible and quick to respond. ZillowVERIFIED Wendy Mattox is the ONLY real estate professional I have ever known to work with who is always professional and who takes care of her clients. I was blown away with her management skills with the sale of our home, as well as our extensive search for our forever home following that. During our contract period, she was on top of each issue that popped up before I had time to contact her. She was always willing to work with us in the evenings and on the weekends. She honestly showed us around 40 homes over a period of around a year. We are so thankful for Wendy. She helped us find our dream home, and we didn't have to stress about things. She's the best at what she does!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy was very patient in helping us find our forever home. She used the criteria we gave her to lead us to the perfect home for our growing family. When the home inspection revealed costly repairs, she negotiated with the sellers to cover the cost. I can't believe what a great deal we got on our house! We love it, and it would not have been possible without Wendy. I highly recommend this realtor.
