ZillowVERIFIEDWarren Barnes is the real deal. He listed our home in Tanbark Trails on a Friday, and we were under contract by Monday aEUR" three days. It sold for over our asking price. That outcome was no accident. Warren came in with a sharp pricing strategy, professional marketing, and a deep understanding of the Fort Wayne market. He knew exactly how to position our home so the right buyers showed up ready to make a strong offer. What made the experience even better was how Warren treated us. He answered every call and text quickly, explained every step clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Selling a home can be stressful, but Warren took that weight off our shoulders. If you are thinking about selling in Fort Wayne, stop scrolling and call Warren. We are so thankful we found him, and you will be too.

ZillowVERIFIED Warren was the first realtor we worked with when we were in our search for first out of state investment property. Warren is professional, polite, patience, honest, dependable, dedicated, kind. The list go on, we have nothing but good things to say about Warren. We worked with Warren for a brief moment and we wish he could be our realtor for every real estate needs if that is even possible! We were first time out of state investor with zero experience and it was nerve wrecking. Warren was very responsive to our messages which was a big deal for us. When it comes to showing, Warren was on time and his video tours were very details. His turnaround time is very fast on everything; responding to messages, scheduling for showings, putting in offer, etc. He is highly organized and on top of his game. He could have just let us buy the house and get his commission but he had our best interest and told us the house was not good. Unfortunately we couldnt find what we were looking for in Fort Wayne and got a property in a different State instead. But we are very glad we crossed paths. We wanted to tell everyone that are looking for a realtor, choose Warren because you will be in good hands and you will not regret your decision. 1000000000% recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Warren is THE realtor in Fort Wayne. We had a rough few months trying to sell our house and in less than two weeks Warren not only had more showings than we had had in 5 months, but also higher offers than we had ever hoped to have had. His advertisement and presentation of our home gave it the new life we had been waiting for. Warrens work ethic is unmatched, his advisement is thorough without being too suggestive or aggressive, and his professionalism is unwavering. We went from literally feeling like we would never sell our home to finally feeling relief and excitement about it for the first time in months. If you have ANY housing needs whatsoever, there is NO other person to work with other than Warren.

ZillowVERIFIED Could not ask for a better or more understanding realtor than working with Warren. He stayed in contact with us every couple months for over a year until we were ready to move. We purchased our house sight unseen from across the country using his professional and personal opinion on the house, property and area. We are very happy with our house and will without a doubt be using Warren in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had a wonderful home buying experience with Warren. He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and had an uplifting attitude the entire time. His team is also very delightful and represent him well. They were always able to work around our schedule which was an immense benefit due to my husbands rigorous schedule. We had some difficulties with the seller of the home we purchased and Warren was able to easily maneuver through them without alarming us. He kept my partner and I well informed throughout the entire process and was able to answer any questions we had in length. We feel that he goes above and beyond the normal capacities of a real estate agent and will definitely be going back to him if we plan to purchase in the area again in the future.

He seemed knowledgeable, confident and immediately seemed to have a good grasp on the home buying and selling process which made me feel extremely comfortable and less fearful. He always answered my phone calls and fielded my questions with patience, assurance and overall knowledge. ZillowVERIFIED Warren Barnes of Anthony REALTORS was amazing to work with over a three-month period as we searched for and bought our first house. He is almost always available by phone or text and is very prompt in his response times. Warren is very knowledgeable and flexible and is always cheerful. He made long drives outside of the county several times to show us different candidate properties during our search. Through his expertise, he helped us get a significant reduction on the price of our new home even in a strong seller's market. We could not recommend Warren more highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Warren helped my wife and I get the house we wanted. Warren was new to selling houses, but he didn't show it. He was always available when we had questions and was receptive to our requests. If he didn't know something, he would do his research and get back to us in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and was able to utilize his background when buying a house.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Warren - he went above and beyond our expectations in the house hunting process. He literally went out and knocked on many, many doors of homes we liked in an effort to find us our style of home. And, when it came time to make the purchase, he walked us through every detail. Communication was fantastic. My husband and I would highly recommend using him!
