Over the last year, I have been in the process of building a home and needed to sell my current home closer to the finish. Due to covid, timing to do so has been unpredictable and ended up being in the middle of winter. Normally, that timeline is not the best to put a house on the market which increased my stress paired with finishing up the build, carrying two mortgages, and timing it out to not rent elsewhere prior to being able to move into my new home. Wanda took the reigns and completely put me at ease during this entire process. She is so knowledgeable and her experience in the real estate field show in how she handles the details. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met but also that the prospective buyers were truthfully informed on aspects of living in the home regarding location, weather, local interests etc. I was impressed by her genuine demeanor yet direct delivery of factual information. I walked away with everything I had hoped and then some, as she obtained a more competitive price point for sell. Bottom line is I was worried for no reason. ZillowVERIFIED Wanda was the realtor I used to sell my cabin in Front Royal. I first interviewed her in person in July & was so impressed with her that I didnt interview anyone else. Wanda did way above what I expect from a realtor to sell my cabin. She was constantly in contact with me to update me on offers which was great since I lived 300 miles away. She was regularly at the cabin to check it out after showings & inspections. She actually showed the cabin to potential buyers who she didnt represent. She helped get professionals to work on items that needed fixing at the cabin. Even though we had a couple of contracts that fell through, we were able to get full listed price for the cabin. I highly recommend Wanda.

When she showed us homes she was able to point out things that we would never have noticed. She found us the perfect house at the price we wanted to pay. She made signing the contract very easy. On the selling side she listed our house for more than we thought we could get. She gave us some suggestions on what we needed to do before it went on the market. We had a lot of traffic going through and a contract right away. The buyer wanted a few inspections and things done to the house. She kept us up to date with the progress so we could settle on time.
