Walter did a great job in helping my parents sell their home! When my parents were planning to leave New York, I knew I wanted to talk to Walter about it. He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. He helped us navigate talking to our top floor tenant which was still occupying the apartment and put the house on the market. We kept getting 2-4 showings each week for about a month before we finally got a good offer on the house. Walter helped us negotiate a good price on the house and it went into contract. Now it was about waiting for the tenant to finally move out. When she did, we were ready to close. Overall the process was longer than we expected because of the tenant, but selling and moving to another state doesn't always go as planned, I am glad we worked with Walter who was there to give us the right advice.
