Walter did a great job in helping my parents sell their home! When my parents were planning to leave New York, I knew I wanted to talk to Walter about it. He had helped my mom buy her home years ago and I knew that he was the right person to contact. He helped us navigate talking to our top floor tenant which was still occupying the apartment and put the house on the market. We kept getting 2-4 showings each week for about a month before we finally got a good offer on the house. Walter helped us negotiate a good price on the house and it went into contract. Now it was about waiting for the tenant to finally move out. When she did, we were ready to close. Overall the process was longer than we expected because of the tenant, but selling and moving to another state doesn't always go as planned, I am glad we worked with Walter who was there to give us the right advice. Walter did a fantastic job in selling my property. Walter helped me sell a condo I had in the Bronx a few years ago so when I had to sell my two family home I knew I would reach out to him first. It took much longer than I expected but we were finally able to sell the property! Walter was very good at communicating with the tenants and I to schedule showings and to coordinate all the times we would need to get access to the property. Walter got my coop sold. I originally tried selling my apartment on my own when Walter reached out, he seemed friendly and would follow up with me consistently without being annoying. Once I knew my tenant was moving out I decided to reach out to Walter to see if he could help me. He came by looked at my apartment and we agreed on the value. I found Walter through Ramsey Trusted Providers via Ramsey Solutions. The apt had been listed for over a year with a different agent and we hadn't managed to bring any deal to closing. When we met with Walter he provided ideas on how to tweak how we marketed the apt, listing us on an MLS that specifically targets Buyers living in the Bronx area and putting in a lock box which allowed other agents to show the apt without mine being present (which really upped the number of showings). He even linked me to an app that notified me whenever an appointment to view the apt was made (which was always exciting!) From day one, Walter was invested in getting this apt sold for us.
