ZillowVERIFIED Alex is a true professional, selling my property was easy to, dealing with the tenants was not. Alex took charge of the situation(s) which seemed like they were daily, his calm demeanor and physiological approach eventually brought them to his point of view. Yo have to understand in NY the tenant is in driver's seat. It took 6 months but Alex kept at it, he got both the buyer and me to stay the course. I can't praise him enough, this man is what a realtor is supposed to be .

ZillowVERIFIED I originally bought my house in Fresh Meadows in 2009 where Alex was the agent. I recently hired him to sell that house and I couldn't be happier with the results. He has a no-nonsense, professional attitude and work ethic. Alex went above and beyond to market my house and it resulted in a quick sale that exceeded the appraised value. His attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation skills were impressive. I also referred him to my parents to sell their home in the Fresh Meadows area and we had great results once again.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Alex Baron to sell my house in NY. I interviewed at least 6 agents before choosing Alex. He clearly stood out above all the others. From the moment Alex began listing my house until it was sold, he was professional, polite, courteous and went above and beyond on many occasions. I couldn't imagine working with any other agent but Alex. Even after I sold my house and relocated, Alex called me several times to check up on me and make sure I had a smooth transition (I bought another house out of state). Any questions or concerns I had throughout the process of selling my home, Alex always made me feel welcome to call him and discuss. He was very generous with his time and I never felt rushed doing business with him. He is extremely capable and a highly skilled agent and I can't recommend his service enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I told Alex I couldn't sell my home. I explained I needed too much help because I didn't have relatives to help me. Alex became that relative. He helped me with minutiae beyond the purview of his job. He met movers when I could not. He even picked up garbage when city garbage haulers didn't. He negotiated issues with others that I could not have because he clearly has experience in handling matters in an unemotional way to get things done. I didn't realize the price I was asking for was unreasonable but Alex got that price for me. Alex is likely the relative we will never have and a real estate agent who fully embodies the word "agent" to help you achieve your goals.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex Baron at Keller Williams did a superb job helping me sell my condo unit. He knows the market well, kept me informed every step of the way, and was responsive to my needs - no small measure given I had to sell my unit from a distance. He was my eyes and ears on the ground, and he helped me get past the hurdles that came with me not being physically there. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex has sold 2 properties for me. They were different types, a high end condo and a knockdown 1 family house as property only. I was impressed by his ability to work with me and my wife, not always the easiest of clients, as well as buyers, buyer brokers, lawyers and title companies. The knockdown was during the COVID crisis and he didn't miss a beat about being available and smoothing out the bumps for a virtual closing. He's always available which is much appreciated and has been missing with other broker's I've used in the past. I'll definitely use Alex again in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED Early in 2012, six months after my husband John died, I was fortunate to befriend Alex Baron of Keller Williams Realty. Alex offered to prepare, at no cost, a comparative market analysis of what my house was worth. Baron explained it would prove useful if and when I put the house on the market. In 2017 I decided to sell, turned to Alex, who guided me every step of the way. His expertise was invaluable in helping me through the daunting process of selling my home. I will be forever grateful for the friendship we developed over the years. (As a footnote the aEURoecomparative market analysisaEUR? of my house helped me when I filed my 2017 income tax.) I highly recommend Alex Baron to anyone who is even thinking about selling their home. You wont be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED Alex is a wonderful agent. He helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. He walked us through every step of both processes with honesty, patience and competence. He answered all our questions and we had many. He never rushed us or made us do something we didn't want. As a seller you have your own ideas about how much you want to sell your house for. Alex let us know how much he thought we should ask for after walking through and then showing us numbers from the sales around us. Alex is so friendly. He engaged with all the people coming to our open house and answered all their questions. He is also very honest and will not push you to do something you are not comfortable doing. He walks you through every single step. He made the stress of selling and buying a little easier. He also knows so much about the industry. He geared us to great lawyers, great home inspectors, etc. You cannot go wrong with having him as your agent. You will not walk away disappointed. P.S we got full asking price for our house and found one all in the matter of a few months. Thanks Alex!
