Walter came in, discussed a very in depth plan to sell the house and delivered on his promise 3 weeks later. He made negotiating with the buyers very easy and I appreciated his expertise on things that were brought up during the negotiation. He was always very readily available and responded quickly to any questions I had. I recommended him to my best friend and he sold her house for ASKING PRICE in THREE days! Walter was very knowledgeable on what I was getting into as far as home conditions when it comes to buying a foreclosure. Pretty much everything Walter told me about the homes we toured and the house I bought pretty much matched up with what the inspector told me that needed attention! ZillowVERIFIED Walter was the best choice for selling our house. He goes above and beyond to make things happen. His knowledge of the industry is phenomenal and was very helpful to first time sellers like us. He not only did his job to the best of his ability, but often had to do other peoples jobs for them to make sure things got done in a timely manner. Selling was not a smooth road in our case, and we didnt really want to leave the area, but had to move for work. Some sketchy things happened with a few buyers, but Walter was quick to get things rolling again and kept the delay of selling as short as possible. Even when something would happen to the house and we were already moved a few hours away, Walter would roll up his sleeves and get things done that no real estate agent I know of would do. He was alsosuper patient with us. We had a rough time buying the house with an agent who pretended to be experienced, but was not and was very unprofessional and just flat out horrible, so Walter was a breathe of fresh air. We had way too many questions and he answered them all. We were skeptical of everything and he helped us understand the process better. He was also very personable. The first time we met him, he came over to our house and sat down with us just like a friend would, and thats truly what the whole process felt like, working with a friend.If we ever end up moving back to the valley, Walter will be our first call.

He was ever efficient in calling me when I had showings. He brought an unsigned contract piece to my place of work for my signature. During the fix up of my house, to the new buyers requirements, Walter was Johnnie on the spot to find me reliable and efficient contractors to do my work. Walter was a great negotiator when I had issues with the buyer. When I was ready to buy my new house, Walter showed me a number of houses and was not put out at all by my saying No so many times. Again he helped find contractors for the sellers who had repairs to do before I moved in. Walter has made several follow up calls to see that I am satisfied with my whole home selling and buying experience. Walter is everything you'd want in an efficient, knowledgeable realtor. In August of 2016, after 3 months of owning our first (and last) home, I am so glad that we chose Walter as our agent. Yes, it took us a long time to find our home, but that was completely based on our very specific criteria.
