He regularly checked listing for homes that matched everything we wanted and after 5 months of him actively searching for us, he called us the same day our dream property hit the market to make sure we checked it out. He guided us through the offer process and we ended up getting the home even though there were other higher bids due to his expert advise on how to strategically bid for the home. He walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, responded immediately to all of our calls/messages, gave us great and honest advice, recommended trustworthy people to help us with renovations, and was extremely kind and generous throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, open, and honest with us throughout the entire process, which was appreciated as we were first-time homebuyers. While we know we weren't their only clients, they gave us their direct attention whenever we needed it, day or night. Wally was recommended to us by close friends, and we will recommend him and Karim to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. While the home buying process was inherently stressful, they did their best to make it as smooth as possible for us. Wally runs a great company and we will absolutely work with him in the future. She really is a gem! She went out of her way to the city to straighten out some permit information on the house we bought. She was able to provide additionalInformation on the property and really made sure we were not being taken advantage of. She was able to get us a great deal on our house. She provided contacts, lenders and was very patient with us throughout the entire process. When we were discouraged and stop looking for a bit she was our cheerleader and was always ready to start showing us houses. She is quick with setting up house viewing and responds back to you pretty quick. I must say she is very knowledgeable in her field of work. I highly recommend her, she helped us find our perfect home. If you need a realtor whowill work hard for you, she is the person you are looking for!
