I found Wade online and was drawn to his years of experience, familiarity with the area I was interested in, and background in new construction homes. Working with him was a rejuvenating breath of fresh air, especially after gut punches from previous realtors. Wades industry experience and expertise shined in the virtual home tours we scheduled. He went beyond what youd expect in a normal tour, pointing out details that I would never even think to ask aboutaEUR"the type of shingle on a roof, a faulty manufacturer of an electrical box, outdated piping, the condition of the windows, and so much more. Even after closing on my home, while I was still out of state, Wade continued to be a valuable resource as I worked through some home repairs from a distance. Price point, pictures, and listing were all perfect. I was shocked and extremely happy. While my house was under contract I had a few life changes I was no longer leaving the area. Initially I was only interested in renting. I could tell Wade was really paying attention to what I was looking for and where I really wanted to be because by the time we were at rental house #3 he told me about a house I would like, in the neighborhood Ive always wanted to be in, however, it was for sale only.
