Wade is your guy. From the first call with Wade to see if he lived up to his 5-star reviews to the handshake when we closed - Wade was the professional, but yet personable realtor we we hoping for. We were a team when looking at properties or dealing with the contract/buying process. Wade's approach and demeanor is opposite of professionals who "charge more when the client helps". Furthermore, all of his preferred vendors (lender, home inspector, title company, land surveyor, pest control, etc.) were top-notch. When we are ready to buy again, Wade will be our first call.
