She is an excellent negotiator and if a house had somethig sketchy about it, she would tell you right away why a house wouldn't be a smart purchase. She works long hours and replies to emails very quickly and has an excellent assistant if she isn't available. (Simone!) I've never met such a hard worker. I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy a house... I have two other friends who have used her and have the same high feelings about her.
