I'm Victoria Mead, Team Owner of Exclusive Homes Co., brokered by Realty ONE Group Next Level where I hold the license of Associate Broker. I service both buyers and sellers with residential real estate in and around the beautiful Southern New Hampshire area. When I was 15 years old, I was "helping" the Realtor with the sale of my grandfather's home, telling her all about it and why it's so special. I realized my love for the home selling process right then and there and decided that being a real estate agent is what I was meant to do. By 19 years old I was licensed and within 2 months, sold my first home! Since 2014, I have been awarded each year for my sales achievements as well as nominated for Rookie of the Year my first year licensed. My titles, certifications and designations are Associate Broker, Accredited Buyers Representative(R), Accredited Staging Professional(R), Mentor, Notary Public, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Realtor(R), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource(R), Seller Representative Specialist and Team Owner. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing with access to the Realty ONE Group LUXE brand, as well as the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors. In 2022 I started my own real estate team, Exclusive Homes Co. to help extend my reach, care and level of service to the buyers and sellers out there looking for the best real estate service possible. One of my specialties is helping sellers with their back-to-back buy and sell transactions. Selling their current home and buying their next home simultaneously can be a tricky series of events but with lots of experience it is one that I always love to help with. Although I'm known for making light of situations when acceptable, I take the care of my clients very seriously. I pride myself in providing all options for any scenario making it easy for my clients to know all potential outcomes based on past experiences. I have a lot of ideas and advice to provide after 200+ transactions closed so far in my career. Aside from real estate, my other favorite job is being a mom to my two sweet little ones. When I take some time away from Real Estate every once in a while, you can find me enjoying time with my family, hosting a cookout with friends, or soaking up the lake vibes on Winnipesaukee.
