Mr. Cunningham was great to work with always prepared, always had an answer(To my many questions). Going to the showings was a good time, he always had a good attitude, and looked professional (His burgundy suit was my favorite). Jacobs knowledge of the market helped more than he knows, I came into buying a house knowing pretty much nothing, at the beginning he asked you if you want to see a presentation, which helped a lot. Knowing that information helped me move forward with the home buying process. Jacob has a Trusting nature and I would highly recommend him to anyone just starting out or selling your home. My experience with Jacob as a first time home buyer was amazing! From the knowledge he had to his negotiation skills I never once felt worried that he was my realtor. He really went into detail when explaining different parts of the home buying process. If I ever had a question no matter the time of day he had an answer for me. He was extremely flexible and always made time when I was interested in a home.
